Interesting Stuff:
Are you interested in the human body and how to make it stronger? The Cert III in Fitness is a great qualification that will help you learn the basics of anatomy & physiology, strength and conditioning, identifying and overcoming barriers to staying fit and healthy as well as how to get the best out of others. Concentrating on fitness in others, you'll have the opportunity to work with others who would like to improve their fitness levels.
Interested in how the body moves and can be used to maintain health and vitality? Our fitness qualification provides you with the foundation skills of fitness and how to help others build their strength. Concentrating on moving clients through their exercise journey, you will gain the skills and knowledge of the human body, its abilities and limitations.

This qualification has employment opportunities after you have finished and will enable you to apply for work in fitness centres. Have a look on seek.com at the options.

Some students complete this as a single qualification option and move onto other future opportunities when they've graduated with HSH. Most students want to continue into a second year with us and complete the Cert IV in Science (Biology) - Exercise Science Focus. This is what we call a 'dual qualification' over the 2 years and keeps the student moving towards their career path for year 11 and 12 and then onto university. Have a look at the Cert IV qualifications to decide if this is the right option for you.

When we look at the requirements of the whole qualification, here are the details for what we believe will help you successfully complete the certificate.

Here is what you need for your application:
